Help!

Should you experience a fault with your boiler or system please check the following before booking a service visit.

Get Help

Power

Is there power to the system? Are operational lights/displays present on timers, boilers etc

Controls

Are all controls set to on, timers, room thermostats etc

Pressure

If applicable, is the system pressure low? If so, refill and reset.

Credit

If a pre-payment gas meter is fitted, is there gas/credit available? In the event of a no gas situation, the call out will be charged for. (Landlords, please ensure your tenants are aware of this).

Fault Codes

Are there any fault codes present on the boiler? If so, please note the fault code before attempting a reset.
